Plasma Cutting
Our 8' x 10' plasma/torch table can cut material up to 3" thick. Plasma cutting is commonly used for thicker steel materials, fabrication preparation, repair projects, and structural components. It is a practical option for many custom fabrication and metal fabrication projects that require fast, efficient processing.
Band Saw Cutting
We have two large band saws capable of cutting up to 12" round material. One saw includes a 48" auto-feed feature for longer or repeat cuts. Band saw cutting supports larger stock material, production work, and repeat fabrication projects.
Waterjet Cutting
Our 6' x 12' waterjet table can cut a wide range of materials that fit within the machine's travel area. Waterjet cutting offers flexibility for projects requiring precision metal cutting across a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Metal Forming
BEP has the equipment on-site to handle most forming needs, including a 100-ton brake, a 350-ton brake, and a roller capable of rolling 1/4" material at eight feet.
These capabilities support metal bending, rolling, and shaping for fabricated components, structural assemblies, sheet metal fabrication projects, and custom steel components. Our cutting and forming equipment works alongside our in-house fabrication and welding operations, allowing projects to move from raw material processing to finished fabricated components within the same facility.
