Waterjet Cutting
Equipment: 6' x 12' table area
Best For: Precision cutting, tight tolerances, complex shapes, and materials that cannot experience heat distortion.
Materials: Leaves smooth, clean edges on thick or thin steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plates.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Equipment: 8' x 10' plasma/torch table
Best For: Fast, heavy-duty processing of thicker steel plates.
Materials: Practical option for heavy materials, structural fabrication, repair prep, brackets, and trailer-related projects.
Band Saw Cutting
Equipment: Two large band saws cutting up to 12" round material.
Best For: Cutting larger stock material down to size quickly. One saw includes a 48" auto-feed feature for high-volume, repeat cuts.
Metal Forming & Bending
Equipment: 100-ton press brake, heavy-duty 350-ton press brake, and a plate roller capable of rolling 1/4" material at eight feet.
Best For: Bending, rolling, and shaping sheet metal or plate steel into custom components and structural assemblies.
