At BEP we have the capabilities to produce the parts you need to your exact standards.

Our cutting machines can work with aluminum, steel & stainless steel.

  • Plasma Cutting: Our 8’ x 10’ plasma/torch table can cut material up to 3" thick.

  • Waterjet Cutting: Our 6’ x 12’ waterjet table is limited only by the machine’s travel and can cut nearly any material that fits within its reach.

  • Band Saw Cutting: We have two large band saws capable of cutting up to 12" round material. One saw includes a 48" auto-feed feature for longer or repeat cuts.

BEP has the equipment on-site to handle most of your forming needs.

100 ton brake, 350 ton brake and a roller capable of rolling 1/4" material at eight feet.
