Heavy-Duty Steel Feed Bunks
Built Rugged to Handle Livestock and Stand Up to Heavy Use.
When you buy standard retail feed bunks, you usually end up with thin, flimsy sheet metal that bends or buckles the first time animals crowd the line. At BEP Petroleum & Tank, we build our feed bunks right on our shop floor using heavy-gauge structural steel. They are engineered to take constant impact, trampling, and heavy daily use in muddy or frozen lots without breaking down or tipping over. Metal sitting in a pasture will eventually rust over time, which is why we build ours thick enough to outlast flimsy store-bought alternatives.
Thick Structural Steel: Fabricated using premium, heavy-gauge steel panels that won't buckle or dent under pressure from crowding livestock.
Bolt-Together Design: You can easily bolt multiple sections together to form a smooth, continuous feeding line that matches your corral or pen layout perfectly.
Stable Base: Fully welded legs keep the bunks stable on frozen ground or deep mud, making sure they stay exactly where you place them.
Optional Powder Coating Upgrade: Our standard bunks ship in rugged, raw steel. If you want a thicker shield against moisture and weather to slow down oxidation, ask about adding an optional baked-on powder coat finish.
Flat-Pack or Assembled Options: Grab them as flat-pack kits for convenient on-site assembly yourself, or have our shop crew handle it for you. Note: An assembly fee applies to all units fully assembled at our shop prior to pickup.
